Applicant Consent & Authorization

Effective May 19, 2026 — RepayIQ, Inc.

1. Purpose of Verification

A business has requested that you complete a RepayIQ verification to support its review of your application or transaction. RepayIQ will ask you to authorize access to certain financial and identity information so RepayIQ can generate a report for the requesting business.

2. Who Will Receive the Report

RepayIQ will provide the completed report to the requesting business and its authorized users. The report may also be made available to you upon request or through an applicant portal if enabled.

3. Information We May Collect and Analyze

Identity information, such as name, phone number, email, address, date of birth, and identity verification results. Financial account information, such as account ownership indicators, account type, balances, and institution information. Income information, such as payroll deposits, gig income, deposit frequency, income stability, and income estimates. Transaction information, including merchant, amount, date, category, recurring payments, transfers, fees, and spending patterns. Cash-flow and affordability information, including recurring obligations, liquidity buffer, over/NSF indicators, low-balance days, and payment capacity. Verification session data, such as consent timestamp, IP address, device/browser information, link status, and audit logs.

4. Plaid and Third-Party Data Connections

RepayIQ may use Plaid or other third-party providers to connect your financial accounts and retrieve data you authorize. You may be asked to use Plaid Link or a similar interface. RepayIQ does not receive or store your bank login credentials. Your use of Plaid or another provider may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

5. Transaction History

RepayIQ may request the maximum available transaction history from supported data providers, up to the limits available from the financial institution and data provider. The standard RepayIQ report is designed to work with at least 12 months of transaction history when available, but the report may be generated with limited confidence or manual review if less data is available.

6. What the Report May Include

RepayIQ Score from 0 to 100. Risk band such as Very Strong, Strong, Moderate, Elevated Risk, or High Risk. Payment Reliability Index based on detected recurring payment behavior and/or verified partner-reported payment history. Income verification and income stability analysis. Payment-capacity and affordability analysis based on the requested payment. Recurring obligation analysis, liquidity indicators, over/NSF indicators, and reason codes. Fraud, identity, or manual-review indicators.

7. Authorization

By completing the verification, you authorize RepayIQ to access, retrieve, store, analyze, and share your authorized information with the requesting business for the purpose of generating and delivering a verification report. You also authorize RepayIQ to use your information for fraud prevention, security, audit records, support, legal compliance, service improvement, and model improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. No Final Decision by RepayIQ

RepayIQ does not approve, deny, finance, lease, lend, rent, sell, or make final decisions about your application. The requesting business is responsible for its own review process and final decision.

9. Accuracy and Updates

The report is based on data available at the time of verification. You are responsible for providing accurate information and connecting the correct accounts. If you believe information in a report is inaccurate, contact RepayIQ at support@repayiq.ai and contact the requesting business about any decision it made.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

RepayIQ may retain your report, consent record, transaction data, derived features, audit logs, and related information as described in the Privacy Policy, unless deletion is required or permitted by law. Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, dispute, or compliance purposes.

11. Electronic Consent and Communications

You agree to receive verification-related electronic communications, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, and dashboard messages, as applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Verification messages are transactional and will not be used for marketing unless separate marketing consent is obtained.

12. Your Authorization

By proceeding with a RepayIQ verification, you authorize RepayIQ to access and analyze your financial information through Plaid or other authorized providers and share your verification report with the requesting business.
